Sitting here, we can imagine what you must have gone through. Turning and shifting in your bed unable to sleep… growing an untrimmed beard (if your gender allows that possibility), refusing to eat dinner or having a smoke from a generous friend… Pulling off petals of a big flower…losing interest in your love life… all for what? To know whether your short film has made it to the prestigious Pinnacle ICE 2007 Digital Short Film Festival? Phew!!!

Well, stop all of that right NOW! Here’s the official list of the selected short films in the competition category. These are the films which will be screened at the venue during the Festival, and are eligible for awards, acclaim and thunderous claps of appraisal.

But first things first. A big round of applause and heartfelt thanks to all you 92 filmmakers out there, who participated in Pinnacle ICE 2007 Digital Short Film Festival. We’re again heartened by the enthusiastic response you have given us just in the 2nd year of the Festival. It is exhilarating! This is very special to us. Virtual flying kisses to all of you! Mooooaaah!

But seriously…When we started gearing ourselves for Pinnacle ICE 2007, there were several thoughts in our minds... It has to be bigger, grander and should exercise more freedom of expression. It should be a home pitch for all you short filmmakers, where you can showcase your talent to everyone and so on. We also felt that there should be a digital film movement associated with the festival. Well, we’re happy to say that we’re not disappointed! When the ICE office started buzzing with non stop enquiries and submissions, we knew we were almost there. It’s great to see the spirit of the Fest alive and kicking in you all.
