Greetings from International Cultural Exchange.

International Cultural Exchange (ICE) is a non-profit organization designed to encourage talented artists, technicians and related community in reaching out to their audience around the world. As a part of this endeavour, ICE is holding this digital short film festival to encourage experimentation in the minds of filmmakers and also for cinematic outreach.

Starting August 2008, ICE is now bringing more excitement every month to all film lovers! We are proud to begin CLUB ICE, another fantastic ICE initiative!

CLUB ICE presents all enthusiastic film lovers a never before opportunity to catch great films throughout the year! CLUB ICE will feature 1 screening every month, having a wide array of great short films from all over the world! Fiction, non fiction, animation, documentary, experimental, wildlife and environment.. you name it, we have it!
